UAE e-invoicing: official guidanceIs this ERPNext package suitable for a small business in the UAE?
It is designed for startups and small businesses that need a standard ERPNext setup. We work with trading, construction, manufacturing, FMCG, courier, warehouse, and signage and fitout businesses. On the first call, we check your processes, VAT setup, payroll and invoicing needs against the package scope.
What does the AED 9,900 ERPNext Starter Package include?
The package includes configuration of eight core modules, UAE accounts and VAT setup, free e-invoicing within the package allowance, two rounds of testing, four hours of training, and three months of hosting and support from onboarding. We agree the implementation scope with you before work starts.
How does free e-invoicing work?
You appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) from the providers we partner with. DXBITZ handles the ERPNext integration, invoice setup and testing. Invoice processing is included within the package allowance, which we confirm with you on the first call. You do not need to arrange a separate integration project.
Do we need to handle the technical integration with the ASP?
No. You appoint the provider and supply the required business details and access. We handle the technical setup and test the invoice flow with the provider. Your team continues working in ERPNext.
Can we go live in 15 days?
Around 15 days is the target for the standard package when your data, access and team are ready. We confirm the schedule at the start. Data migration, custom work and ASP onboarding can affect timing, so we agree the ERP and e-invoicing milestones with you separately where needed.
Are there software licence fees or charges for each user?
ERPNext has no software licence or per-user fees. The AED 9,900 is the implementation fee. Three months of hosting and support are included from onboarding; after that, hosting and any ongoing support are separate.
Can you migrate our data or connect another app?
Yes. Moving data from an existing system is an add-on, starting from AED 1,500. Custom features, workflows and other app integrations are quoted separately. The partnered ASP integration for e-invoicing is already included.
What happens after the first three months?
Hosting is paid directly to Frappe Cloud, with the plan selected for your requirements. Ongoing support is optional, with the existing monthly support plan at AED 200. We explain the recurring costs before you start.
