Built by someone who ran
the business first.
Most ERP firms are IT firms. Dxbitz was started by an operator. Someone who ran a production floor of 100+ people before he ever opened a config screen. You feel that difference on every project.

Why Dxbitz exists
ERP firms have an experience problem.
Most setups are run by IT people. They know databases. They know settings. What they have rarely done is run a signage floor, manage a building site, or sort out a courier dispatch.
The result is software that's technically right but a pain to use. The kind your team puts up with instead of relies on.
We started Dxbitz to fix that. Every trade we serve, we have worked in. We spot the bottlenecks because we have lived them. Not because you spent three weeks explaining them.

The founder
Aslam Kaithakath
From running a floor of 100+ workers to leading 40+ ERP setups across the UAE. The journey behind Dxbitz, five steps over five years.
The production floor
Ran 100+ workers, then ran the ERP
Managed 100+ workers in signage production. Got handed the NetSuite rollout on the floor. That was the first time ERP felt real. Not as software, but as something that either fit the work or got in the way. No middle ground.
The research
Tested every major ERP on the market
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Odoo. Tried them all. Each had strengths, but none fit a growing firm. Then I opened ERPNext. Clean, easy to use, free to use. The Frappe base underneath made the upside obvious.
The career break
Went deep on ERPNext
Left the floor to learn ERPNext properly. Took one freelance setup to test the theory on real work. Two weeks in, I was sure. The next question was how to do it at scale.
Project manager
40+ setups led across trades
Joined a top UAE ERPNext firm, a Frappe Gold Partner, and led 40+ projects as project manager. The pattern repeated. The setups that stuck were the ones where someone on the team had run a business. The ones that quietly got dropped were built by consultants who only knew the software.
2025
Founded Dxbitz
Started Dxbitz on one belief. Someone who has run a real business beats someone who has only run software. Trade knowledge sits with us on day one. Not picked up on your time and at your cost.
The team
Fifteen people. One way of working.
Operations, sales, project managers, developers. Every seat is filled by someone who came to ERPNext from a real job in industry. Not the other way around.

How we operate
Four things that never change.
Business first, software second
We learn how you work before we touch a setting. The software fits your business, not the other way around. Operators learn that lesson the hard way once.
Trade knowledge built in
We work in seven trades and study the pain points in each before a project starts. Your team will not spend week one explaining the basics.
No lock-in, ever
All the code is yours. Pushed to your account daily. Fully yours at sign-off. If you ever move on, it comes with you.
Honest timelines
We give you a date and we keep it. If something changes, you hear it the same day, in writing. No surprises at go-live.
Work with us
Tell us about your business.
Half an hour. The founder, not a salesperson. We'll tell you what we have seen in your trade, where the tricky bits sit, and what your setup would really look like.
