Built by someone who ran
the operations first.
Most ERP partners come at it from IT. Dxbitz was started by someone who ran a production floor of 100+ people before he ever ran an implementation. That changes what gets prioritised, what gets caught early, and what your team has to spend their time explaining.

Why Dxbitz exists
The ERP industry has an expertise problem.
Most implementations are run by IT people. They know databases, APIs, and the configuration screen. They have rarely stood on a production floor at month-end, walked a fitout job at handover, or sat with a dispatcher trying to clear a backlog of deliveries.
What you get back is an ERP that ticks every technical box and still feels wrong to use. Your team works around it instead of through it.
Dxbitz exists to close that gap. We pick the industries we serve and we know each of them from the inside. The bottlenecks get spotted in week one because we have lived them, not because a client spent three weeks teaching us their business.
Other ERP partners
- IT first, business second
- Learn your trade on your time
- Generic configuration templates
- Gaps surface after go-live
Dxbitz
- Operations first, system second
- Industry knowledge from day one
- Configured to how your team works
- Gaps surfaced before the build starts
The founder
Aslam Kaithakath
From a signage production floor with 100+ labourers to leading 40+ ERPNext rollouts across the UAE. The path that ended in starting Dxbitz.
The production floor
Running operations, not code
I was managing 100+ labourers in signage production and got handed the NetSuite rollout on the production side. That was the first time ERP stopped being software for me. It either fit the way the floor ran, or it slowed everyone down. There was no in-between.
The research
Evaluating every ERP on the market
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Odoo. I tested them all. Each had its strengths, but none felt right for an SME. Then I opened ERPNext: clean interface, smooth web experience, 100% open source. The Frappe framework underneath it made the upside obvious.
The career break
Going deep on ERPNext
I left the production role to learn ERPNext and Frappe properly. Took a freelance implementation to put the theory through real work. Two weeks in I was certain: this was the platform. The next question was how to do it at scale.
Project manager
40+ implementations led across industries
Joined a Frappe Gold Partner in the UAE and led 40+ ERPNext rollouts across industries. I saw the pattern over and over: the implementations that stuck were the ones where someone on the team had actually run a business. The ones that quietly got abandoned were the ones built by consultants who only knew the software.

Founded Dxbitz
I started Dxbitz with one thesis. A consultant who has run operations will always outperform one who has only configured software. Industry knowledge sits with us on day one, not picked up on the client's time and at the client's expense.
The team
The people behind your implementation.
Operations, sales, project management, development. Each seat is filled by someone who came to ERPNext from a real job in industry, not the other direction.

How we operate
What we believe about good implementation.
Business first, software second
We map how your team works before we touch a single configuration. The system should bend to the workflow, not the other way around. Operators learn that lesson the hard way once.
Industry knowledge built in
We work in seven industries and we know the pressure points in each one. Your team is not paying us to learn that a procurement cycle in fitout looks different from one in trading.
No lock-in, ever
Every line of code is yours. Daily pushes to your GitHub, full ownership at sign-off. If you ever decide to work with someone else, the codebase walks with you.
Honest timelines
We commit to a date and we hold it. If something shifts, you hear about it the same day and we put it in writing. Nobody finds out at go-live that go-live moved.
Work with us
Tell us about your business.
Half an hour on a call. We will tell you what we have seen in your industry, where the tricky bits usually sit, and what your rollout would actually look like.
