Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. The AED 9,900 covers the full implementation, plus 3 months of free cloud hosting and support from your onboarding date. After that, cloud hosting is paid directly to Frappe Cloud (typically $50/month for up to 35 users) and support is optional on a monthly retainer. No per-user fees, no licence cost because ERPNext is open source.
What if we need more than the 8 modules?
The Starter Package covers what most growing businesses run on. If your operation needs an extra module, a custom workflow, or an integration, we scope it and quote it separately so the base price stays clean.
Can you really go live in 15 days?
Yes, for the Starter Package scope. The eight-module setup runs on a fixed playbook we have walked through dozens of times. If your team shows up to the testing and training sessions on schedule, 15 days holds. Heavy data migration or custom workflows push the date out, and we tell you so up front.
Do we get training?
Yes. Four hours of structured training is included, run with your team after testing. If you want extra sessions for new hires or a deeper module walkthrough, we add them as a small extra.
What happens after the 3 months of free support?
You can move to the AED 200 per month retainer. That gets you the In-ERP helpdesk, a tracked response time, and a named team that already knows your setup. No new onboarding, no warm handover.
